Directions to 640 Belle Terre Road:
Coming from the West:

Take LIE to Nichols Road/Stony Brook North Exist

Take Nichols Road north until it ends at Route 25A


Continue ***


Or


Take Northern State Parkway Eastbound until it becomes Route 347

Turn left onto Nichols Road (North) until the end 


Continue ***
 
***Make a right onto 25A
Take 25A through Stony Brook and Setauket into Port Jefferson (harbor on left).


-Continue straight on 25A pass blinking light in Port Jefferson

25A becomes Broadway

Take Broadway up the hill to Stop Sign

Turn right at Stop sign onto Belle Terre Road.


-Continue pass St. Charles Hospital and 1 traffic light

Turn right into Medical Complex #640 on Belle Terre Road

Building D is the first building on your left (but you must follow 1 way sign pointed to your right and loop back to building D)

-Suite #2 is in the middle of building D with its own outside entrance.

Turn left onto Terryville Road

Take it to the end - T intersection with Route 112

At the traffic light, turn left onto Belle Terre Road (Mather Hospital on Right side)
