Payment/Cancelations

Cancellation Policy
24 hours verbal notice is required to avoid full fees. Fees may be waived if appointment is able to be rescheduled within the same week.

Payment
Payment in full is expected at the time of service. Cash or checks are accepted forms of payment. A fee applies for any returned checks.

Confidentiality
Patient confidentiality is maintained at all times. This is mandated by State and Federal law. Written permission is required before patient information can be shared with specific professional(s) and or person(s).

Courtesy
In order to ensure a quiet environment during treatments, please keep your voice low in the hallway and turn off your cell phone ringer

Parking
You may park in lot at rear of house or on Liberty Avenue on the opposite side of the house.  If you decide to park on the street beware to avoid NO PARKING zones.   Please take extra care to stay clear of any walkways or driveways. 

Patient Advisory to Consult a Physician

While Traditional Chinese medicine has a great deal to offer as a healthcare system, it cannot completely replace the resources available through conventional Western medical practices.  Consequently, we recommend that you consult a physician regarding any condition(s) for which you are seeking from the office of Acupuncture Tradition.
