Let’s be a Dandelion! This event incorporates sitting and moving meditation. It is best to dress in comfortable clothing; bring a small blanket and a meditation cushion/pillow/yoga block. As you relax into the meditation, your body temperature is likely to drop. For those who prefer to sit in a chair, chairs will be available. Perfect for beginner meditation practitioners.
